Dr Mike Walsh has enjoyed a long & prestigious career at the University of Stirling Management School, specialising in critical skills thinking. Mike holds a doctorate, master’s degree & bachelor’s degree in management sciences.

As a consultant and educator, he brings incredible technical expertise & innovation capabilities: as a renewable energy expert and Critical Systems practitioner with over thirty years’ experience tackling complex organisational and climate-related challenges. He has led research and consultancy projects for bodies including UNDP, GEF, Ghana’s Ministry of Health, NHS Lothian, Tower Hamlets Council and NHS Fife, and has advised long‑standing charities such as Cowanes Hospital Trust. A Member of the Institute of Consulting, he has published widely in leading operational research journals.
