Christopher Gleadle – Chair, the Paddy Ashdown Forum and CEO Sustainable Viability, has over three decades of experience as an advisor, speaker, trainer and mentor in systems thinking and its practical implementation at the nexus of human, technical and natural systems. He has published substantially in the field and contributed ground-breaking tools, such as the Sphere Economy model, which is now becoming a recognised method to apply systems thinking to organisational, project and investment strategies.

Having started his career within application systems programming and testing, Christopher’s consultancy developed many cohesive impact, audit and modelling tools and has worked across an array of sectors, industries and sizes advising and reporting on interdependent operational impacts to improve performance, problem-solving skills, eco-innovation, productivity, and zero-waste strategies.
